Meet Ashika Lessani

I’m a Feminine Leadership Coach, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Coach — integrating emotional healing, gut-brain health, mindset, and somatic practices to help women rise from the inside out.

I’m also the author of Redesigning the Inner You: A Book of Holistic Wellness and host of The Vibrant Woman Show podcast.

  • What is feminine leadership coaching? How is it different from traditional life coaching or business coaching?
    Feminine leadership coaching goes beyond strategies and mindset hacks. It’s about helping you lead your life, relationships, and business from a place of inner truth, emotional power, and embodiment — not burnout, performance, or people-pleasing. We blend nervous system regulation, emotional healing, intuitive body wisdom, and trauma-aware support — so your leadership feels safe, sustainable, and soul-aligned.
  • Is this therapy or counseling?
    No — while it can be deeply healing, this is not therapy. I’m not here to diagnose or treat mental illness. I’m a certified coach, nutritionist, and personal trainer with lived experience — and my approach is holistic, intuitive, and forward-focused. We work with the body, brain, and belief systems to help you reclaim self-trust and momentum — not just analyze the past.
  • Why do you focus on the nervous system and gut health in your coaching?
    Because your body holds the key to your emotional safety. If your nervous system is dysregulated or your gut-brain connection is inflamed, it’s nearly impossible to feel calm, confident, or clear — no matter how much mindset work you do. We use personalized rituals, nutrition support, and somatic tools to build internal safety — so you stop reacting from survival mode and start creating from truth.
  • What if I’ve tried everything already — therapy, coaching, courses, and nothing has really worked?
    That’s exactly why this work exists. Most healing modalities miss the body’s role in emotional regulation and leadership. We go deeper than surface-level affirmations and into your root system — your nervous system, your beliefs, your gut health, and your energetic patterns. You’ll not just understand your patterns — you’ll feel free from them.
  • What if I can’t afford to invest in myself right now?
    That’s a valid fear. And the truth is: this is an investment — not just in coaching, but in your long-term regulation, confidence, emotional clarity, and self-worth. As a registered holistic nutritionist, I support women with simple, integrative nutrition strategies that nourish the nervous system and support deeper emotional resilience. We don’t do diets — we do nourishment that restores.
